Too little peers from a swarm or too many connections on a torrent can cause fluctuations. Also, statistics for session and since reset (could be month or forever)!Īs for speed - I have found it has to do with each torrent and the upload of other clients and not with your client. What I would want improved in Utorrent is the Graphing to be more like eMule where there are separate graphs for inbound & outbound, user settable axis for connection speed, average (trend) lines over 5 minutes and session. I never had a problem with other internet applications, you just need to know how to configure it. The only thing I miss was the way it showed the list of trackers instead of the single line that scrolls between the trackers. For my purposes it was a better client and liked the standard color scheme better.

I switched to Uttorent 1.6.0 and liked it. 384Kbps/848KB/s It may be chocking your download speed.

The only thing I didn't like was the sellling of T shirt and one of the screens was displaying chinese message which I did not understand. i limited my BitComet download rate at 256 kB/s and upload rate at 384 kB/s Are you talking about Kilobits or Kilobytes here (Kilobits per second Kbps Kilobytes per second KB/s) Even if its Kilobytes, your upload speed is still a little too much. I liked it, but about 2 weeks later I wanted to see if there was a better client.

I used to use BitComet at around 0.72 version.
